BARGING MANAGER Kalimantan Tengah

Sebuah Perusahaan Multinasional Tambang Batubara berlokasi di Kalimantan Tengah dan telah berproduksi dengan ijin PKP2B, membutuhkan beberapa tenaga kerja professional dinamis & kreatif, mempunyai track record bagus di bidangnya, untuk bergabung dan berkembang bersama kami, dengan posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

BARGING MANAGER

Job Description :

• Prepare and submit short to mid-term barging operational plan and strategy, including review coal delivery schedule and barge needs based on marketing plan and strategy, operational cost analysis, tug boat and barge contractor analysis and selection, rental and maintenance analysis, renewal contractual agreement process, including to negotiate with tug boat and barge contractor, review inland navigation's permit documents preparation based on laws and regulations; Propose recommendation for final review to superior;
• Manage and control operational & maintenance activities report & documentation of company’s tugboat & barge which is operated by contractor
• Plan, manage and control short-term and mid-term barging operational strategy and plan implementation, including anticipate issues related with coal delivery process
• Coordinate with other function to handle insurance claim and monitor claim document preparation;
• Manage and control raised and potential issues handling during coal and approval for corrective actions within level of authority;
• Coordinate with Marketing Function to provide updated and latest information to customer
• Provide directions and approval for any highlighted and potential issues
• Final review upon all barging supporting document (i.e : SKAB, Surat Ijin Melintasi Jembatan Bentang Panjang, etc) to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on standard operating procedures and regulations;
• Provide inputs/ advice on inland navigation based on updated information related to new regulations and or issues
• Plan, manage and control data and document preparation related with coal delivery (i.e. shipping schedule, number of tug boat, etc);
• Manage & control coal loading process

General requirement :

• Male min age 30 years old
• Over 5 years managerial experience in coal delivery (barging & shipping) role with in similar industry / company
• Min Bachelor Degree from relevant departement
• Sea transportation management ( barging and shipping), ANT III certificate (preferable)
• Interpersonal Understanding, teamwork, initiative, integrity, analitycal thinking, Directiveness
• Leadership skills, Attention to details, Decision making, Problem solving,
• Keep abreast on the mining industry trends / regulations; sea transportation regulation
• Location: Head Office Jakarta
