Part Analyst

Requirements:

• Male between 25-35 years old.
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience as a Part Analyst for Mining Company or Contractor
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Data Management - design, workflow, techniques, and best practices
• Demonstrated strong analytical and modeling skills

Plant Planner Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male between 30-40 years old for Plant Supervisor/Maintenance Planner
• Mininimum. Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area for Plant Supervisor/Maintenance Planner
• Good competencies on Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management.
• Comprehend in maintenance and service management.
• Familiar with planning maintenance and computer literacy for Maintenance Planner.

Cost Control Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male between 30-40 years old
• Minimum 5 years relevant and similar capacity in project estimating and cost controlling preferable in mining industry
• Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP softwares is highly advantageous

HR & GA Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Male, 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Mastering in deep understanding of Law Decree UU No. 13/2003
• Excellent understanding about HR function such as personnel administration, industrial relations, employee relations and general affairs matters
• Able to operate Microsoft Office

HR & GA Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male between 30-35 years old.
• Diploma Degree on Law, Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university.
• Minimum. 3 (three) years experiences at the same level.
• Know well and understanding of HR & GA function area, Labor Law and Manpower regulation, Recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel.
