PROJECT PLANING & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

Manage plant maintenance activities at all Projects to ensure company assets have optimized reliability and minimize maintenance costs.

JOB SCOPE

• Manage plant maintenance activities at all projects to assure company assets (heavy equipment) have optimized reliability and minimized maintenance cost.
• Develop maintenance strategy and system to optimized utilization.
• Providing performance reporting of maintenance for all projects.
• Providing financial analyses and recommendations, including cost actual versus budget of maintenance of all projects.
• Coordinate all plant superintendents at all projects to make sure maintenance targets are achieved (monthly, quaterly, annual).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; master graduated would be an advantage.
• Having 15 years experience in maintenance of mining industry
• Have significant knowledge and experience to manage Heavy Equipment maintenance including develop maintenance system in mining industry.
• Positive attitude, strong Interpersonal and communication skills, especially with third parties & related institutions.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

 

PRODUCTION MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates the production activities of a mining operation including production achievement, physical availibility of units, utilizations of units, mine engineering, and human resources.

JOB SCOPE

• To control, monitor, manage and coordinates the production of mining activities, budget & cost, manpower management to achieve financial success of all projects.
• Develop production strategy of all projects.
• Review annual budget proposal for each projects by coordinating to each Project Managers.
• Review cost actual per projects (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Report to Director, analyse and provide recommendations for any problems faced at all projects.
• Maintain and develop good relationship to clients and local goverment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum total 20 years experiences with 10 years as Project Manager in mining contractors industry.
• Management experience in an industry open pit mining is a distinct advantage
• Familiar to work based on Budget.
• Strong Negotiation skills and able to communicate well and has a good organization skill.
• Trustworthy and reliable character.
• Good Presentation Skill.

 

ASSET MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

Develop and ensure company strategy for the management of the asset portfolio that will allow for the fast resolution of any operational problems.

JOB SCOPE

• Providing proactive asset management support and leadership in enhancing the value of assets under management which includes yield enhancement, repositioning and asset (re-development) programs;
• Providing performance reporting of assets under management including overseeing asset management accounting;
• Providing financial analyses, investment underwriting, due diligence and other proactive asset management duties as required.
• Assist in enhancing processes, methods, models, benchmarking and knowledge in maximizing asset and portfolio returns.
• Assist in presentations to prospective clients and investor relations.
• Any other asset management and investor/client related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having 15 years experience in Plant of mining industry

Safety Officer Junior

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience as Safety Officer Jr, has background in mining is preferable.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to be located at all our projects).
• Work Roster 10:2 (weeks).
• Mess, laundry, meals are provided by company

 

Mine Planning Superintendent For Gold Project

JOB PURPOSE:

The incumbent will lead mine engineering team (mine planning, drill & blast, surveyor) to execute daily technical operations at gold project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree in mining engineering with total 10 years experience in mine planning, 1-2 years as  Mine Planning Superintendent.at Gold Mining.
• A senior mine planning engineer in Gold Mining are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar to operates surpac software and block modelling.
• R & R :  6 weeks on site 2 weeks off.
• Placement : Sumatra (Bengkulu)

 

Geotechnical Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Geology) with specification in Geo-Technic in mining.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Geotechnic Engineer in mining industry is required for this position.
• Familiar with soil and rock slope engineering.
• Familiar with software stability analysis (Geostudio, Phase2, Surpac, Galena).
• Familiar with geotechnical mapping.
• Willingness to work at our projects, including rotatian to any projects as required.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill .

 

Project Cost Controller

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide assistance to Project Manager for cost reduction initiative at project. Provide assistance to Project Manager for preparing budget and forecast. Provide project cost performance report and variance analysis. Provide physical major stock count and analyzing of production target (OB & COAL) achievement as well as periodic equipment (heavy duty units) availability. Monitor project costing allocation are corrected and properly posted to the system. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree/S1 in Accounting or Engineering (Mining/Mechanical).
• 2 years working as cost controller in mining related industry.
• Has high exposure in mining business processes which includes recognizing & analyzing the cost drivers.
• Advance in MIcrosoft Excel.
• Good analytical thinking & interpersonal skills.
• Good in English writting and speaking (presentation).
• Willingness to be placed at projects. R & R = 8 : 2 (weeks).

 

Supply Chain Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

Manages, directs, coordinates, and controll all supply chain operations at all projects and head office. Make sure delivery and availability parts are done as timeline.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any equivalen field with total 15 year(s) of working experience in supply chain (including warehousing, procurement,contract, and mobilization-demobilization).
• Minimum 3 years experience as Supply Chain Manager/Assistant Managers  in mining industry, preferable in mining contractors.
• 1 Full-Time and permanent position(s) available.
• Available for frequent travel to projects.
• Placement : Head Office Jakarta.
