Now, to improving our production capacity in providing high quality products and services, we are looking for a highly motivated and competent individual, with a good track record to fill the following position:

Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management
• Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors
• Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action
• Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically
• Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks
• Base your decision making process on ethics and integrity
• Deal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, politicians, clients)
• Attract, develop, direct, motivate and drive performance from team
• Draft agreements that minimize risks and maximize legal rights
• Meet legal objectives

• Education minimum S-1 in business law or related majors from reputable university
• Age 25 to 35 years old
• Having minimum 3 years experience as a Legal Counsel
• Candidate from law office or who have experiences in Mining company is preferred
• Have a business understanding in law
• Have a good understanding & analitycal thinking of agreement, contract, etc to avoid discrepancy and disadvantage to company
• Strong character and ability to give recommendation to company
• Excellent filling system or document handling ability
• Personnally driven and able to work with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated, results oriented and having ability to work under pressure
• Having Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and oral English
• Willing to be place at Jakarta
