Corporate Finance Manager
Responsinilities:
- Constructing, maintaining and running of the financial model(s) used for budgeting, periodic rolling forecast and other specific analytical purpose.
- Preparing monthly management report, quarterly and annual reviews
- Providing analysis on reports
- Data gathering
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- The candidate is expected to perform financial analysis and assess project financial feasibility of every power plant development project.
- Capable & highly experienced in preparing Financial Model/Projection, from scratch (assumption) up to Financial Statement complete with sensitivity analysis.
- Experienced in Project Financing deal, covering the ability to review and negotiate terms & condition and loan agreement.
- Preferably Preferable from Mining / Energy Company
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Able to work in a team with a very tight deadline

Legal Counsel Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage, handle, analyze legal matters related IE and project and provide legal assistance and recommendation within IE holding organization with the objective to ensure proper legal processes have been performed accordingly, e.g. ensure agreements and projects or corporate action of IE, including IEG will not cause disadvantage IEG’s benefits, manage effective risk mitigation, ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably has experience working in major law firm in corporate matters.
- Has experience working in energy sector company or holding company or investment company is a plus..
- Has basis legal knowledge e.g. on corporate, investment, mining, energy, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, legal drafting, legal review, due diligence; knowledge in financial is a plus Finance knowledge is a plus.
- Highly committed, integrity and accountability
- Strong leadership, personality, analytical and time management skill.

ERP Applications Senior Officer
Responsibilities:
- To ensure proper SAP implementation meets Business Unit's requirement and to support SAP post Go-Live for Logistics & Finance module which in line with ICT SLA
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and 1 year of working experience in ABAP Programming.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Have good knowledge in IT Project life cycle/System Development Life Cycle, Business Process Design, Capacity planning, Trouble shoot and Configure ERP Applications - preferably SAP o Material Management o Plant Maintenance.
- Strong analytical thinking and ready to work multiple tasks simultaneously
- Service oriented person.
