Planner Maintenance

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, this position is accountable for providing special advice and executing planning,  development, and communication of Work Management weekly work schedules for an Operation or Operational area (incl. HSES and Production); benchmarking the Maintenance Function's end-to-end performance; and identifying and implementing improvement initiatives that enable functional excellence and support business priorities for continuous improvements.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is a preferable); Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry expertise; At least 5+ years' experience in relevant roles / Operations; Strong communication and interpersonal skills;  Experience with the SAP; An advanced excel skill; and The ability to provide the Supply Warehouse & Inventory Sub-Function with relevant information. It is preferable that you have the POP certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

 

Supervisor Production - Port

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Superintendent Haju / Port Production, this position is accountable for supervising the Contractor Port Production Team in undertaking the port operations, coal haulage from mine to port, coal logistics to the customer, equipment, and infrastructure in compliance with operating standards, procedures, work instructions, and defined processes to achieve optimal production outcomes.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related fields; At least 5+ years' supervisory experience in a Mining environment or relevant roles / Operations; The ability to demonstrate the basic legal principles applied to shipping, to demonstrate an understanding of port and harbour economics; and to demonstrate an understanding of Shipping Agency processes; having knowledge and understanding the basics of marine insurance; in addition to a proven record in using the maritime communications system for internal and external communication; a good interpersonal skill; and computer literacy – preferably the SAP, as well as Microsoft Office. It is preferable that you have the POP certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

 

Supervisor Production - Mining

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; At least 5+ years' supervisory experience in a mining environment, with Plant maintenance, or relevant roles / Operations; Proven experience in supervising the execution of maintenance activities related to process control systems within an Operation, including the software and hardware for these systems; A good interpersonal skill; and Computer literacy – preferably SAP Plant Maintenance, as well as Microsoft Office. It is preferable that you have the POP certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; At least 10+ years' experience in relevant roles / Operations within a mining equipment maintenance environment; In-depth knowledge of statutory / legislative compliance for equipment and plant; Proven experience in leading a large team to develop work teams and individuals and to achieve established operational targets; The ability to create a strong and healthy operating discipline within maintenance execution teams; A good interpersonal skill; and SAP experience (preferable).;  It is also preferable that you have the POM certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; relevant qualifications or equivalent industry expertise; At least 5+ years' supervisory experience in a mining environment or relevant role; Ability to demonstrate experience in the analysis process and Operations improvement; A good Computer literacy – preferable SAP; and Capability to provide record in safety leadership thriving on goal achievement and driven to uphold the highest HSES standard and Zero Harm. It is preferable that you have the POP certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources.
