INDUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job responsibilities
- Scheduling induction activity / re-induction of the company QHSE and spreading to the parties concerned so that all employees and guests can take part in the induction of the company in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Review the material induction / re-induction for guests and employees working in the area of company operations to ensure compliance with the material terms and QHSE policies prevailing in the company.
- Supervise the activities of induction / re-induction for both guests and employees who held his own (internal) and carried out by the contractor / sub-contractor companies to ensure compliance with regulations and policies that apply in the corporate QHSE.
- Check the data of employees and guests who have followed the company QHSE inductions to ensure that all guests and employees of the company has been following the induction / re-induction in accordance with the applicable provisions in the company.
- Published mine permit in accordance with the procedures and regulations so that guests and employees in the company's operational area can be identified according to their authority.
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of all major or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years working as Health Safety Environment Staff
- Excellent command in English both oral and written
- Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills's
PLANNING & SUPPORT DIVISION HEAD ( OUT PIT CRUSHER CONVEYOR )
Job responsibilities
- To plan, monitor and evaluate Out Pit Crusher & Conveyor operational activities, both long term and short term planning, including to plan and monitor procurement and administration activities to support management in achieving management objective/targets and to maximize the OPCC operations in accordance with prevailing QHSE regulations.
- Develop plans and targets for OPCC activities with respect to the overall operation in particular all planned conveyer extensions and moves to ensure the OPCC System operates
- Ensure both long term and short term OPCC plans are executed based on predetermined targets.
- Control and monitor all managers in terms of budget and manpower planning.
- Oversee contractor performance reviews in order to support operational process and enhance relationships with good performing contractors.
Job requirement
- Preferably of candidate with a minimum of 15 years as Manager/Senior Manager experience in a material handling industry ( coal or cement industry ) or have been in the managerial position in planning and scheduling experience in a similar environment.
- Willing to be located at site, Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan.
- Strong communication skill and able to work with teamwork.

Job requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (especially in handling conveyor)
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
- Excellent command in English both oral and written
