Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager Supply, this position executes purchasing activities to ensure effective resource utilisation in order to meet operational procurement needs in a timely and effective manner adhering to defined policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant qualifications or equivalent industry expertise; At least 2+ years' experience in a transactional purchasing role and preferably resources related experience; Good computer literacy, including SAP experience; Strong analytical and commercial judgment skills; Building positive working relationships; Customer focus; Ability to prioritise workload; and Proficiency in English.

Manager Construction

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will be accountable to oversee  all aspects of construction including construction contractors to ensure that the works are being undertaken in line with the Project standards (both technical and functional) and that construction activities are undertaken in such a manner as to ensure "best for business" outcomes for IMC. This will include oversight and co-ordination of multiple contractors and Owners team personnel in the construction of various site facilities and infrastructure. The management of risk during construction is a key dimension of the role.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have Typically 8 to 10 years experience in construction management; Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent industry experience; Significant recent experience in the delivery of a major Greenfields project; Experience in Indonesia in a resources setting; Owners team / client management experience; Successfully delivered projects focused on civil and mechanical infrastructure; Demonstrated relevant experience in the industry or project discipline in which the particular project is being delivered; and English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.
