We are seeking experienced people as:

Officer Call Centre

(4 months contract)

that will be located in Jakarta Head Office and reporting directly to Manager Office.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Office Manager, you will responsible to handling incoming calls for TCI
• record and e-mail messages if the receiving party is unavailable
• book conference calls and assist TCI employees in making external calls as required
• update phone records as required
• greeting visitors and delivering safety message to visitors and directing them to the appropriate area

To be successful in this role you will need to have :

• minimum diploma degree with 1 - 2 years' experience as call centre or receptionist
• excellent English communication skill
• polite, discipline and good initiative
• positive attitude and excellent services
• preferable experience using Cisco Telephony
• able to work under pressure and long hours.
