Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager Finance, this position is a leadership role that leads the risk management direction at IndoMet Coal (IMC) by providing a robust risk management framework and delivering IMC commitment to drive risks to the appropriate risk owner. The role will also oversee the compliance activities at IMC (excluding anti-corruption) with coordination and communication key functions with regard to planning, implementing, and monitoring adherence to the program.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant qualifications or equivalent industry expertise; at least 4-5 years relevant industry and or technical expertise; knowledge of key business functions and industry drivers, particularly in the context of effective risk management and understanding of key risks and controls; knowledge of risk management tools and techniques; ability to negotiate and influence; strong communication and presentation skills; persistence; and eyes for details. It is preferable that you have knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and are proficient in English.
