BUSINESS SUPPORT STREAM LEAD MAINTENANCE

(Code: BSSLM-EN)

Purpose of the Rote:
Ensure the business processes in operation maintenance area is completed immediately by measure and analyze current process, formulate process improvement, simulate and refine improvements and evaluate improvements; monitor support user performance so the customers are satisfy

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possessat least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
2. Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field (mechanical maintenance systems the maintenance management framework: reliability, planning and scheduling) is required for this position and industry experience in mining will be an advantage
3. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency in written and spoken
4. Fast learner, and detail oriented
5. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication as well as presentation skill
6. Highly self-motivated and with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
8. Strong customer service orientation

SENIOR COORDINATOR EHS SYSTEM & DEVELOPMENT

(Code: EHSSD-EN)

Purpose of the Rote:
To maintain and develop EHS management and information system, and to coordinate the EHS reports both to government and corporate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA is 3.00 (scale 4.0)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in handling EHS.
• Good command in English both verbal and written Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and SAP is preferable
• Skill in web design for information system is preferable
• Knowledge of statistics is preferable
• Knowledge of EHS Management System referring to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and safety/environmental related government regulations are preferable
• Certified Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP), Pengawas Operational Maclya (POM) and Ahli K3 are preferable
