We are seeking experienced people as:

Officer Training Language

has arisen to join our Human Resources Dept. Residentially based in Sangatta Project and reporting to Coordinator Training.

The scopes of your role will include but not limited to:

• provide appropriate recognition for English and Bahasa Indonesia Language skills and experience gained during the course work and assist Safety Induction as per KPC and Thiess rules and regulation;
• to provide English Language Training to site personnel PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia Sangatta Project in reading, writing, listening and speaking;
• to provide Bahasa Indonesia and Cultural Training to expatriates site personnel in reading, writing, listening and speaking; to conduct Placement Test and Assessment;
• to provide training and advice on translation of workplace material as project requested;
• to provide English material for Community Support;
• to provide IELTS Training;
• to produce Individual Report of Indonesian and English Training Participants to head department every end of training period;
• to assist site IR Officer in Producing site Magazine.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• have Bachelor degree of English literature or equivalent;
• minimum of 5 years Mining/ Constructions Experience. You should have Education & Training on Computer System;
• Previous experience in similar role;  
• Training System principles and concepts;
• English Language Usage;
• Proficient in computer literacy, Driving Skills;
• Presentation Skills;
• proactive;
• communicative;
• responsible & adaptable.
