Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara is one of Indonesia's newest growing coal mining enterprises under PKP2B 3rd Generation with area mining concession in Bulungan Regency - North Kalimantan is targeted to be a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal for the benefit of mankind.

SHIPPING SUPERVISOR (S-SPV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum)
• Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling coal barges. Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
• Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
• Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
• Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations
• Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)

HR SUPERVISOR - PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL (HR-PAP-SPV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree any discipline (preferably Economic Accounting/Human Resources Management)
• Having minimum 3-4 years experience in HR/Payroll
• Know well and understanding of HR function, Compensation & Benefit, Personnel Administration and Payroll.
• High computer profiency with MS Office
• Possess a high level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Good knowledge about BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPH21
• Good interpersonal, fast learner and possess positive working attitude
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and customer services oriented
• Strong organizational commitment, well organize, good filling and administration skill
• Placement to Site Tanjung Selor Bulungan Kalimantan Utara

SAFETY & HEALTH SUPERINTENDENT (SH-SPT)

 Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree majored in Health and Safety (K3) or related
• Minimum 5 years experienced in the same position or managerial level in mining
• Preferably having certified on trainning POP/POM/AK3 umum
• Good knowledge and familiar about OHSAS 18001 dan ISO 14001
• Have knowledge of core business of mining and mining law
• Good interpersonal & communication skill

SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SF-SPV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in occupational health safety
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

MINE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (MP-SPV)

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in mining Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Preferably having certified on trainning POP
• Making the system work effectively, efficient and innovative and implement PDCA
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

WELSITE GEOLOGIST (WGO)

Qualification:

• Male, S1 majoring Geology from reputable university Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Can Perform and monitor the drilling process in accordance with a predetermined drilling point
• Can Master the use of GPS, Compass Geology and Garmin Software
• Have knowledge of drilling operations
• Understanding Geophysical Logging
• Can determine the location of the drill point according to the drilling plan
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
