MINE SUPERINTENDENT

Reporting To: Mine Manager

Main Responsibilities:

To plan and manage operational activities including all aspects of mining and transporting overburden and coal in order to achieve companys operational targets effectively and efficiently in accordance with HSE standards.

• Set up production strategy, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure utilization level of mining equipment is optimized and productivity is maximised.
• Monitor and control all activities within the Mine including transportation to Coal Processing Plant.
• Enforce and where necessary develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and development to the operational team.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 yrs experience as a Mine Superintendent
• Required Competencies: Mining Operations Management, Mine Planning, Operational Safety, Health, Safety and Environmental Management
• Excellent communication, leadership, people development and managerial skills
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra

 

CPP AND MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

Reporting to: Mine Manager

Main Responsibilities:

To undertake operational and maintenance activities associated with coal processing plants and mechanical maintenance of both fixed and mobile assets. Achievement of companys operational targets effectively and efficiently in accordance with HSE standards.

• Set up maintenance strategy, maintenance plans, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure availability level of fixed plant and mobile mining equipment is optimized and maximised.
• Monitor and control all activities relating to Fixed Plant and Mobile Equipment Maintenance.
• Enforce and where necessary develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and development to the operational team.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Preferable experiences in Granite quarry.
• Minimum 5 yrs experience as a Maintenance Superintendent
• Required Competencies: Fixed and Mobile Equipment Maintenance Management, Maintenance Planning, Crushing Plant Operations, Operational Safety, Health, Safety and Environmental Management
• Excellent communication, leadership, people development and managerial skills
• Rostered Position based in Bangka

 

HAULING AND TRAFFIC OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reporting To: Sumatra CAO

Main Responsibilities:

To manage operational activities of haulage subcontractors hauling coal and rock on the Companys haul road.

• Set up production strategy and plans, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure utilization and availability levels of haulage trucks are optimized and productivity is maximised.
• Monitor and control all activities associated with haulage activities including cost reporting, production, maintenance KPIs, safety etc.
• Enforce and where necessary develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and development to the operational team.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 yrs experience as a Haulage Operations Manager (or similar title) for a major Indonesian Mining Company or Contractor
• Required Competencies: Haulage Operations Management, Haulage Planning, Maintenance Planning, Operational Safety, Health, Safety and Environmental Management
• Excellent communication, leadership, people development and managerial skills
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra

 

COMMERCIAL AND ADMIN MANAGER

Reporting To: Project Manager /CAO SUMATRA

Main Responsibilities:

Set up Cost production strategy and plans, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure Budget Operation cost are optimized and productivity is maximised.

• Monitor and control all activities of cash flow of cost reporting, production, Maintenance and HR & GA KPIs etc.
• To ensure all related cost mining activity in place with budget plan

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 yrs experience as a Commercial and Admin Manager for a major Indonesian Mining Company or Contractor
• Required Competencies: Financial Operations Mining Cost Controller and Human Resource Mining Management
• Excellent communication, leadership, people development and managerial skills
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra

To ensure and supervise all matters related to the administration and the employment and thus creating conditions conducive to all employees either internal or external to the relevant institutions

SR. MINE PLAN

Reporting To: Mine Manager

Main Responsibilities:

To plan, manage and monitor the process of the preparation of the annual plan for the design of the mine (Mine Plan) base on the geological model of the geologist taking into account the safety aspects of the mining process (eg slope/ steepness of mining land, etc

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining
• Minimum 5 years supervisory level experiences in the same field.
• Good knowledge to plan and design with MINESCAPE, Minex & XPac mining software. Good ability to make mining plan / design / review short term / long term plan.
• Have a POP certification
• Excellent communication, leadership, people development and managerial skills
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra

 

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Reporting To: Maintenance Superintendent

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure, supervise and monitor all the activities of the infrastructure repair and maintenance operations at the mine site including machinery heavy equipment (dozers, conveyor, etc), generator, electricity tools (Air conditioning and water pump, etc

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in machinery/electrical
• Minimum 5 years supervisory level experiences in the same field.
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have a good communication skill, commitment and honest
• Strong administration, communication and leadership
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra

 

FIELD FOREMAN

Reporting To: Field Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

To make sure and do supervision all road construction activities in accordance with the target set by the company based on the plan drawings and budget.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer
• Minimum 5 years supervisory level experiences in the same field.
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have a good communication skill, commitment and honest
• Strong administration, communication and leadership
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra

 

MINE FOREMAN

Reporting to: Mine Supervisor.

• Familiar in handling heavy equipment
• Can make a plan of service for heavy equipment, LV and HV
• Rosttered Position base in South Sumatra

 

SENIOR ELECTRICAL

Reporting to : Maintenance Foreman

Job Specification :

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Have experiences min 5 years at coal mining company as Senior Electric
• Graduated degree (S-1) from Mechanical Engineering
• Good interpersonal skills
• Familiar in handling heavy equipment
• Can make a plan of service for heavy equipment
