PROJECT MANAGER / DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements :

• Male, max. 45 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Experience min. 4 years in the same position with a mining company
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexible and able to do multi-task in fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
• Preferred having POM and POU Certification
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT / SECTION HEAD / GROUP LEADER

Requirements :

• Male, max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering (Production Superintendent/Section Head) and Senior High School (Production Group Leader)
• Experience min. 5 years (Production Superintendent) and 3 years (Production Section Head/Group Leader) in the same position with a mining company
• Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production, Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting.
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Preferred having POP and POM Certification.
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT / MINE ENGINEERING /PIT ENGINEERING

Requirements :

• Male, max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Experience min. 5 years (Engineering Superintendent) and 3 years (Mine Engineering/Pit Engineering) in the same position with a mining company
• Understand design and mining operations
• Having a strong leadership, analysis capability, planning strategy, problem solving
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage
• Preferred having KJL 2 and POP Certification
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

SURVEYOR / JR SURVEYOR

Requirements :

• Male, max. 35 years old
• Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering
• Experience min. 3 in the same position with a mining company
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Surpac will be an advantage
• Capable and fast in performing calculation for survey purpose in the field and Familiar in operating survey equipment such as Compass, Theodolite, Digital Total Station, GPS, EDM, Total Station Topcon, Sokkia
• Having a strong leadership, analysis capability, planning strategy, problem solving
• Preferred having KJU Certification
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

PROJECT CONTROL SECTION HEAD / GROUP LEADER

Requirements :

• Male, max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mining engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related
• Experience min. 3 years in the same position with a mining company
• Having capability in analyzing plan vs actual production, equipment performance, joint survey, truck count, payload, activity cost
• Proactive, independent, able to work under pressures, good analytical, and focus on detail
• Understand basic process of mining company
• Computer Literate in using MS Office specially Excel
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

PLANT SUPERINTENDENT / SECTION HEAD / GROUP LEADER

Requirements :

• Male, Max. 40 years old
• Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree In Machine Engineering (Plant Superintendent) and Vocational or Senior High School (Plant Section Head/Group Leader)
• Experience min. 5 years (Plant Superintendent) and 3 years (Plant Section Head/Group Leader) in the same position with a mining company
• Mastering technique repair & maintenance of heavy equipment (wheel loader, bulldozer, excavator, compactor)
• Having a strong leadership, analysis capability, planning strategy, problem solving
• Preferred having of BMC, POP, HEMM Certification
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

TYRE GROUP LEADER / TYREMAN

Requirements :

• Male, Max. 30 years old
• Senior High School or Diploma Degree in Machine Engineering
• Experience min.3 years in the same position with a mining company
• Mastering repair and maintenance tire size 12.00 R24/24.00 R35
• Able to make technical report tire running and monitoring lifetime tire
• Having a strong leadership, analysis capability, problem solving & able to work under pressures
• Preferred having SIO Forklift / Tire Handler Certification
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

PURCHASING & LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT/ SECTION HEAD / GROUP LEADER

Requirements :

• Male, max 40 years old
• Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in any major
• Experience min. 3 years in the same position with a mining company
• Knowledge in heavy spare parts tools (excavator, bulldozer, grader, wheel loader)
• Having knowledge of purchasing, logistic warehousing principles, vendor management, supply chain management and market place.
• Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, and after sales services claims
• Having a strong leadership, analysis capability, problem solving & able to work under pressures
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

SHE SUPERINTENDENT/SECTION HEAD/ SAFETY OFFICER

Requirements :

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Diploma degree or Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering /Public Health /Environment Engineering
• Experience min. 5 years (SHE Superintendent) and 3 years (SHE Section Head/Safety Officer) in the same position with a mining company
• Has the ability to draft SHE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Conduct regular SHEE inspection at sites to ensure all identified SHE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Preferred having AK3 (Work Health and Safety Expert) and POP Certification
• Assignment in Kalimantan

 

OPERATOR INSTRUCTUR

Requirement :

• Male, Max. 40 years old
• Senior High School or Diploma Degree in any major
• Experience min. 4 years in the same position with a mining company
• Mastering business process Technical Operation Development and technique teaching
• Able to give training, coaching and mentoring skill
• Preferred able to operating heavy mining equipment
• Computer Literate in MS Office especially (Power Point)
• Preferred having TOT Certification
• Assignment in Kalimantan
