Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in IT (CS/IS/Engineering) is required
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and testing
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in reading. Writing and speaking in Mandarin and English (1) Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language – C.NET, Java etc. (2) Professional experience and technical competence in one or more of the areas Linux, Windows Server, Transact-SQL. SQL Server, and SSRS is a plus
• Industrial or mining experience preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel national and overseas
