PT Meares Soputan Mining

PT Meares Soputan Mining is production the Toka Tindung Gold Project in North Sulawesi. Applicants are invited for the following positions:

REPORTING COORDINATOR

Duties : Manage all company reporting related with compliance aspects refers to the national regulation and company requirements, document & reporting control system. Manage communication related data and report, filling system, legal & regulatory update/register.

Requirements :

1. Graduated (S-1) or higher qualification in Business Administration, Economic (Management), Law, Forestry, Agriculture or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in mining industry (gold and or coal mine), especially position related with preparing all company reporting to the government and general reporting or similar job
3. Well knowledge of applicable Indonesian Mining law, regulation, standard and requirements.
4. Good Communication Skills.
5. English Language skills (reading & writing) in proficient.
6. Computer Skill. High level proficiency in the use of spread sheets, database applications and document management software ( MS. Office group)
7. Experience in the preparation of communication, procedural and reporting documentations and filling system.
8. Ready for working in mine site at North Sulawesi province with 4/2 week FIFO or 5/2 days roster system (depend on agreement).
