- Diploma Bachelor degree Computer Sciences, Information Systems, from reputable university with GPA 2.75
- Having experience min 2 years in the same position
- Having experience troubleshooting email, software, hardware networking and all other computer and solving hardware/software faults
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems
- Familiar with operation system windows and linux
- Willing to be placed at east Kalimantan
- Good knowledge of various networking concepts
- Have knowledge with Radio Communication and PABX system
- Excellent customer relation skills in order to provide flawless support for them
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Good speaking, phone and email etiquettes
