HRD Manager (HRD MGR)

Requirements:

• Male, max. 40 years old.
• Bachelors Degree from Law, Management, Technic Industry, or Psychology.
• At least 5 years working experience in Coal Mining.
• Capable to develop and introduce HR policies and procedures.
• Having depth knowledge of organizational skill, strong managerial, good in communication, analytical, good in team work and leadership skill.
• Dedicated, responsible, loyal and ready to work under pressure.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Placement in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.

HRD Supervisor (HRD SPV)

Requirements:

• Male, max. 27 – 35 years old.
• Bachelors Degree from Law, Management, Technic Industry, or Psychology.
• At least 3 - 5 years working experience Capable to develop and introduce HR policies and procedures.
• Having depth knowledge of organizational skill, strong managerial, good in communication, analytical, good in team work and leadership skill.
• Dedicated, responsible, loyal and ready to work under pressure.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Placement in Jobsite.

HRD Foreman (HRD FM)

Requirements:

• Male, max. 24 – 28 years old
• Bachelors Degree from Law, Management, Technic Industry, or Psychology.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• Capable to develop and introduce HR policies and procedures.
• Having depth knowledge of organizational skill, strong managerial, good in communication, analytical, good in team work and leadership skill.
• Dedicated, responsible, loyal and ready to work under pressure.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Placement in Jobsite
