Currently we are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team as:

Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Mempersiapkan administrasi procurement yang telah disubmit dari masing-masing department sehingga data-data tersebut komplit untuk mendapatkan approval management
• Melakukan filing dokumen yang telah mendapatkan approval dari mangement sehingga dokumentasi tersusun rapi dan memudahkan pengecekan ulang.
• Melakukan follow up pengadaan barang / jasa yang telah di-request oleh user sehingga procurement bisa berjalan lancar

Requirement:

• Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Sarjana dari segala jurusan, dengan minimal IPK 3,0
• Teliti dan berorientasi pada detail
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

Business Relation

Responsibilities:

• To look for, collect, and interpret external and internal data/information to find profitable coal sourcing opportunity from coal mining site that is integrated with the logistic
• To summarize and analyze the opportunity to get a business-logic conclusion
• Managing potential/existing different interest/conflicts (external & internal) and ambiguities

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have good leadership skill
• Dynamic, creatif and have good social & people skill, which is supported by communication and interpersonal skill
• Have a business & commercial mindset (entrepreunership) and financially driven
