PT Samindo Resources Tbk

PT Samindo Resources, Tbk. ("Company") is leading investment Company in Indonesia as the holding company of the Subsidiaries in trusted mining services sector.

At the beginning the Company was established with the name of PT Myohdotcom Indonesia in 15 March 2000 and then changed the name to PT Myoh Technology, Tbk in 8 January 2003. Then, in 10 February 2012, the Company changed its name into PT Samindo Resources, Tbk.

According to Articles of Association, the Company operates the following business activities:

• Delivering service, except legal and tax service, such as: (a) consultancy in mining; (b) mining construction; (c) supporting mining business; and (d) management of general mining;
• Running business in trading; and
• Running business in transportation (coal and mining hauling).

Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handling legal matters (including providing summary any new laws and regulations) in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
• To ensure the Company and its Subsidiaries to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
• To provide summary on new laws and regulations regarding corporate, mining, electricity, plantation, capital market, forestry, manpower and expatriate, power plant, and any related issues with the Company’s business activities.
• Able to draft and review any legal agreements or legal documents requested by the Company and the Subsidiaries and the Affiliated Company as well.
• To conduct and manage the integrated legal system between the Company and its Subsidiaries;
• Reviewing, interpreting, keeping, and making legal documents and assisting management particularly the subsidiaries and the affiliated company for any legal issues.
• To liaise and manage with external lawyers, notary, and other professionals.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university.
• Working experience in Law Firm is preferred.
• Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian regulations and its implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of law in related fields (corporate, mining, plantation, capital market, forestry, power plant, manpower and expatriate, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and cooperation contracts;
• Strong leadership, good planning and organizational skills
• Preferably have good networking with government institution.
• Proficient in English (oral & written) should be required.    

    
Working Experience : Minimum 10 years working experience in the same field.
