SMI Group of Companies is the newest major player in Indonesia’s nickel mining industry exporting average of 1.8% nickel ore grade.

Strategically located in Sulawesi Island, it posses the largest single whole block of Nickel mining concessions in Indonesia. Currently probably the biggest Indonesian exporter of 1.8% Nickel Ore grade through one single port and will further solidify this position with mining production almost doubling in the next 2 to 3 years. Our Indonesian mining site operations is easily accessible via Jakarta. Major Indonesian national airlines fly from Jakarta to Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi.

Responsibilities:

• Handle petty cash
• Responsible for the reports
• Handle administration company

Responsibilities:

• Preparing P.O and keep the purchase order to be able to run well on schedule and specific desired
• Able to provide price comparisons from multiple vendors
• Meets with vendors to negotiate an increase in price, product quality, and delivery

Requirements:

• Age maximum 30 years
• Minimum D3 Economics
• Minimum 2 years experiences
• Computer literate
• Ability to adapt and adhere to company culture & standards
• Have good personality either as an individual or team
• Willing to be placed in Gatot Subroto, South jakarta

 

HRD Admin Staff

Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge in HR Policies & Procedures, Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relation, Legal Corporate, Recruitment and General Affairs, documents for make foreign visa, insurance, BPJS, Compensation & Benefits

Requirements :

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum education D3 / S1, Law / Psychology / Human Management Resource
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Ability to adapt and adhere to company culture & standards
• Have good personality either as an individual or team
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, hard worker, multitasking and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta
