An excellent opportunity for Specialist Cataloguing has arisen to join our Supply Chain team. Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to Senior Supervisor Cataloguing.

The scopes of your role will include but not limited to  Catalogue and data maintenance for Thiess Australia according to Cataloguing Standard and reporting; Apply duplicate management for data integrity; Provide advice and new methodologies that can accelerate or facilitate the completion of tasks; Monitor the latest developments in the world of cataloguing; Perform cataloguing task in accordance with the procedures agreed upon by Thiess Australia; Perform cataloguing task by considering the system used (Thiess Shop and JDE and Maximo) in Thiess Australia.

To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum bachelor degree qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cataloguing. You should have good knowledge about eOTD, UNSPSC, NATO Item Name Standard Classification, Auslang Cataloguing Standard, Cataloguing Standard. Proficient in computer literacy, good in English both oral & written, high analytical skill, hard worker, able to work in under pressure, responsible & adaptable.
