Our Business

Halliburton comprises 13 product service lines (PSLs). The PSLs operate in two divisions: Drilling and Evaluation, and Completion and Production. Our Consulting and Project Management PSL works across both divisions and is the spearhead of our integrated-services strategy. Its financial results are included in the Drilling and Evaluation Division. PSLs are primarily responsible and accountable for strategy, technology development, process development, people development and capital allocation.

Accountant - Finance Development Program

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, understands the company's financial and accounting systems, processes, policies, and procedures
• Prepares account reconciliations, identifies and resolves issues
• Understands organizational structure of the company
• Prepares and posts journal vouchers which may include consolidations and eliminations.
• Researches and resolves basic accounting issues and transactions
• Gathers financial information for report preparation
• Job role is developmental and intended to expose incumbents to many aspects of accounting, financial analysis and reporting

• Education minimum bachelor degree in accounting
• 3 years of accounting and auditor experience to include a minimum of nine months internal on-the-job experience. Oil & gas Industry experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Indonesia PSAK and US GAAP is required
• Experience/knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Good command of oral and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational experience.
• High mobility for extensive overseas training and development opportunity. possibility to be relocated for overseas assignment
