Coal Quality Support Administrator

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), Chemical Analyst or other technical background from reputable University or Academy.
• Required skill(s): Administration Activity, MS Office.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 years (Diploma) or 1 year (Bachelor) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Contract and Temporary position(s) available for 4 months (maternity leave replacement).

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coal Quality Support in monitoring customer complain and feed back
• Quality Testing Control Invoicing, Contract Surveyor Management.
• Correspondence with External Coal Laboratories (Domestic and Overseas).
• Prepare and manage budget for Sampling & Analysis towards all shipment and non-shipment inspection.
• Correspondence with Finance/Accounting for finalisation Budget.
