PT Cipta Kridatama was founded on April 8, 1997 as an expansion of PT Trakindo Utamas heavy equipment rental service and and transformed our business into an integrated mining service “from mine to port” in 2003.

In 2010, PT Cipta Kridatama was integrated under the umbrella of ABM Investama Group, a strategic investment company in energy sector, energy service and infrastructure. PT ABM Investama Tbk, listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (ABMM) is part of Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT), one of the countrys largest business groups with more than 40 years of experience in heavy equipment industry. The evolution has brought the Group in the synergy of a business network from coal mining, mining contractor service to power supply solution.

Such a significant contribution has placed PT Cipta Kridatama as one of the leading mining service companies. Now, we are supported by more than 3,000 highly competent employees, 60000 units of heavy and supporting equipment, as well as modern technology under the mining permit No. 904/30/DJB/2011 on July 4, 2011.

Since early 2013, PT Cipta Kridatama has expanded its business into construction services. This services exist to further expand our business horizons, and be a End to End solutions for all our existing as well as prospective clients within various industries, such as: mining, oil and gas, geothermal, industrial plant, and general infrastructures.

To support our rapid growth, we are now inviting qualified & dedicated persons to join us in the role as:

Procurement Monitoring Specialist

Requirements :

•  Purchasing process. Identify supplier and make price comparison to get the best offer
• PO Monitoring process. Ensure vendor deliver product on schedule and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor
• Create and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report regarding the buyer and supply process
• Vendor Mangement. Maintain relationship with vendors
• Administration process. Prepare the contract agreement documentation with vendor

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): supply chain functions, document control, Negotiating.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Procurement Specialist

Requirements :

• Create PO.
• Monitor PR – PO progress.
• Conduct supply fulfillment update, PO – GR.
• Negotiate with vendor to obtain the best term and condition based on the company needs.
• Create, review, and discuss with direct superior regarding price comparison process/bidding tabulation based on the specification of price, demand, lowest payment mechanism, also the fulfillment date.
• Communicate expectation, needs, and or organization problems to vendor regarding any issue related with product and service fulfillment.
• Maintain good relationship to all distributor based on the company expectation.
• Conduct and review end of month target report.

Qualifictions :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): supply chain analysis, communication skill, Contract Preparation.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
