With the opening of an additional project in Central Kalimantan for Indomet Coal Project, an excellent opportunity for a Supervisor Earthwork has arisen to join our additional project and based on site.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Earthwork, you will responsible To plan, co-ordinate and supervise on daily basis of Earthwork Activities which includes Tree Cutting, Clearing/Grubbing, Stripping, Cut, Fill, Trimming, Battering, Drains and other associated;
• To ensure work activities under his supervision achieved Target in terms of Production/Time, Quality and Safety Aspects;
• To prepare JSEA, Permit to Work, Time Sheets, Daily Progress Report and Safety Inspection Forms (Tool Box, Fit for Work, Pre-Start, Pre-Job etc.);
• To lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.

Requirements:

• To be successful in this role you will need to graduate minimum senior high school, with minimum of 2 years' experience as Supervisor Earthworks;  
• Proficient in construction expertise in earthmoving plant operations, earthworks basic concept, drainage system and resource management focus;
• Competent in operating medium size earthmoving plant; Having strong motivation, able to lead;
• organize and provide direction to employees; supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
