ACCOUNTING & FINANCE STAFF (Code : ACC- TAM)

Jakarta - Cakung

Responsibility:

• Manage accounting and finance function such as financial data processing, prepare for finacial reporting
• Collect the documents that related with payment transaction
• Prepare for financial reporting, budgeting, tax reconciliation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting with min. GPA 3.00
• Min. 1 years work experience in KAP will be advantage
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Age max. 26 years old and willing to visit mine site (remote area)

 

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE OFFICER (Code : ACO- TAM)

Jakarta - Cakung

Responsibility:

• Receive and process all receipts and payments included and not limited to by way of purchase orders, invoices, payroll, expenses claims forms, tax claims and other requests for payment
• Verify calculations, carry out reconciliations, and input codes for posting into the general ledgers reconcile account postings of project event budgets

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting with min. GPA 2.85
• Fresh Graduates or max. 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Age max. 26 years old and willing to visit mine site (remote area)  

 

SECRETARY (SEC-TAM)

Jakarta - Cakung

Responsibility:

• Manage the incoming calls, manage schedule for BOD
• Provide  secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree from reputable university majoring in Secretary / Administration with min. GPA 2.85
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Age max. 26 years old and willing to visit mine site (remote area)

 

METTALURGIST  (Code : MET-TAM )

Jakarta - Cakung

Responsibility:

• metallurgical test programs for current and future projects and daily metallurgical activities to ensure the production as outlined in the production plan effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Mettalurgist with min. GPA 2.85
• Fresh Graduates or max. 3 years experience in coal mining industry
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Age max. 26 years old and willing to visit mine site (remote area)

 

PURCHASING & INVENTORY OFFICER (Code : PUR- TAM)

Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibility:

• Manage the activities of the purchasing dan procurement of goods
• Monitor the order point
• Update master stock inventory

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree from reputable university majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with min. GPA 2.85
• Fresh Graduates
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Age max. 26 years old and willing to visit mine site (remote area)

 

EXTERNAL RELATION OFFICER (ER-TAM)

Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibility:

• Make a positive communication related in company activity with Government, Local residents, Non Government Organization  so the mine operation can run properly

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree from reputable university majoring in any Social major with min. GPA 2.85
• Fresh Graduates or max. 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Age max. 26 years old and willing to visit mine site (remote area)
