PT Lamindo Inter Multikon, an associate of The Adani Group in Indonesia, is looking for the following personnel to join its team at the coal mine in Kecamatan Bunyu, Kabupaten Bulungan, Kalimantan Utara, Indonesia.

SENIOR SURVEYOR (Code: SS)

Bunyu based

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Geodetic, Geologist or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years experiences in similar role.
• Age 35 – 45 years old.
• Familiar with GPS, good knowledge in topography, experience in coal mine.
• Holding POP certification would be advantage.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed at mine site Bunyu island.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting, mapping and analyzing measurement data of the mining area, also providing calculation of system and measurement.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork & communicate openly and honestly at all times.

COMPANY DOCTOR (Code: CD)

Bunyu based

Requirements:

• Experience working in Hospital or Clinic minimum 2 years
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• SIP Certificate
• Having Hiperkes Certificate
• Having ATLS or ACLS is advantage
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• The capacity to remain calm, think clearly and act quickly in streesfull situations
• A good level of health and physical fitness
• Hard worker, good working attitude and fully dedicated
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at mine site Bunyu island.

Responsibilities:

• A medic will attend emergencies including minor injuries, sudden illness, and casualties arising from road and mining accidents, criminal violence, fires and other incidents. Coordinate with compliant facility and varied Departments.
• Attain necessary physical, history, analysis and plan on time and appropriately on every patient and prepare treatment plan.
• Perform preliminary interpretation of all radiographs and direct medical care.
• Ensure to examine all entitled healthcare system recipients for emergency medical care to provide medical evaluation of their condition and take apt action.
• Provide perfect medical care to lessen emergency situation plus enable patient to carefully persist care as outpatient with follow-up care as needed.
• Ensure to maintain all medical records

SHIPPING OPERATIONS (Code: SO)

Coal Trading - Jakarta based

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in similar role.
• Age 30 – 45 years old.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English.
• Work extensively in Microsoft Excel and have to desk job with lots of telephonic / email interaction with suppliers

Responsibilities:

1. LAYCAN
   1. As per Sales & Purchase Contracts and Sourcing Plan, propose and finalize laycans with shippers
   2. Indent for spot vessels to chartering desk and follow-up
   3. Planning and sending notices to chartering desk for lifting of COA vessels
   4. Managing request from supplier / customer for change in laycan
2. VESSEL NOMINATION & FREIGHT FIXTURE
   1. Sending vessel nomination to shippers
   2. Checking all relevant certificates of vessel and follow-up with chartering desk for valid certificates / GA drawing / shippers questionnaire etc.
   3. Follow-up for vessel acceptance from shippers, discharge port (through logistics team), customers (through marketing team), Floating Crane operators (if applicable) and insurance team and confirmation of freight fixture to chartering desk
   4. At the time of vsl acceptance, discussion & negotiation with shippers on issues like size / type of vsl, partial loading, 1st / 2nd shipper issues, NOR terms, counting of lay-time, geared discount, slight preponement/postponement of agreed laycans, demurrage rate etc.
3. MONITORING SHIPPING OPERATIONS
   1. Monitor serving of ETA notices to shippers as per contract
   2. Monitor Stowage Plan & timely follow-up with supplliers in case any change in stowage plan due to change in discharge port etc.
   3. Monitor vsl ETA & in case of slippage, request shipper for extending laycan / swap vsl
   4. Communicate dis-port & customer changes and accordingly stowage plan
   5. Co-ordinate with shipper for dead freight confirmation, vsl damage, cargo quality problem (temp / moisture) etc
4. REPORTS / MIS
   1. Master Vessel Sheet
   2. Supplier Reconciliation & Customer Reconciliation
   3. Daily Loading Report
   4. Freight Report
   5. Dead-Freight settlement

LAYTIME SETTLEMENT (Code-LS)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

1. LAYTIME & DEM-DES SETTLEMENT
   1. Preparing vsl lay-time calculations for all vessels at load port and dis port
   2. Follow-up for lay-time settlement with all stakeholders of each vessel - suppliers, owners (through chartering desk), customers (through marketing) & floating crane operators (if applicable)
   3. Preparing and record keeping of dem-des approval notes
   4. Co-ordinating with Accounts for debit notes and dem-des payments and accordingly follow-up with suppliers for recovery of outstanding dem
   5. MIS on outstanding laytime settlements, dem recovery, disputed cases etc.
