SENIOR SUPERVISOR - LEGAL

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, guides and manages the overall provision of Legal services and policies for the company, including:
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts.
  • Litigation duties
  • Assisting solicitors
  • Provides legal advices
  • Researching and preparing cases

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum S1 major in Legal from a reputable university
• Minimum 5-year experience in the relevant field/ area (preferably in the Oil & Gas and/or Mining industry)
• Max age 40 years
• Familiar with Internet and MS Office
• Strong self-driven, good leadership, committed, responsible, good personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent in English (both oral and written) is a must

MANAGER - MARKETING

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Marketing and Sales to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objective
• Monitor and analyze sales activities, responsible for marketing plan and its implementation, also make sure all the promotion material produced and delivered in a timely manner
• Builds and maintain effective relationships with key customers and industry associations.
• Seeks out category and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterrations as needed.
• Evaluate plan and strategy based on Return on Investment “ROI”
• Have a good business awareness, be able to work with IT and Internet Marketing
• Preferably Senior Manager specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Having a good networking with Oil&Gas Industry, Marine, Mining, Real Estate, and Shipping.
• Can do the “out of the box” thinking

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum S1/S2 major in Marketing or Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 10-year experience in the relevant field.
• Max age 45 years.
• Familiar with Internet marketing, marketing program and MS Office.
• Strong self-driven, good leadership, committed, responsible, good personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.

OFFICER - HSE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making Comprehensif Work Plans for site assignment include budgeting for implementation
• Monitoring and reviewing all HSE policy & activities at assignment site
• Compliance Report to Site Manager on scheduled

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum S1 major in Occupational Health and Safety from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3-year experience in the relevant field.
• Good Leaderships skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually
• Willing to be based at the company’s project sites and work in shift
