PT Borneo Alam Semesta

PT. Borneo Alam Semesta was established in 2005 as a sub contractor for KUD Surya Muda, performing coal haulage from pit to port at PT Arutmin Indonesia, Satui, South Kalimantan.

In 2008, PT Borneo Alam Semesta has transformed itself into a mining contracting company, with a maiden project at PT Jorong Barutama Greston.

In 2010 and 2011 PT Borneo Alam Semesta had even further establishing itself as a mining services provider by securing projects in PT Trubaindo Coal Mining and PT Borneo Minerals respectively.

DB Administrator

(Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:

• Install/Create database (Oracle, Greenplum, SQL Server, Postgre Sql), Refresh, Administration, Backups/Recovery, Migration
• ERP, Business Intelegent Application Management
• Detailed in-depth Knowledge of Oracle Architecture, Framework, third party tools
• Monitor and optimize the performance of (Oracle, Greenplum, SQL Server, Postgre Sql) Databases
• Responsible for the overall availability, stability, security and recoverability of the Databases
• Perform Database/Application tuning, query optimization, performance monitoring & troubleshooting 
• Establish, coordinate, and maintain databases and database environments for production, training, testing, and user demonstration
• Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for all database systems
• Create documentation for various processes major activity & procedure
• Experienced deploying Databases technologies
• Support 24/7 environment, on-call off-shift hours (nights and weekends), if any mayor problem

Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Diploma degree in System Information/Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field
• Minimum 2 years, Oracle Database Administration experience
• Linux Server & Windows Server Administration experience
• Familiar with VMware ESXi
• Able to work both in team and individually
• Placement in Balikpapan
