Security Protection Superintendent  – Security & Services Dept.

(Code: SPSUPT)

Main Accountabilities;

1. Develop and implement asset & employee protection strategies that appropriate and targeted
2. Supervise the implementation of security system throughout MHU PKP2B
3. Coordinate with other departments in the security implementation of employees and the other assets of company in all regions of the company's operations
4. Coordinate with the stakeholders, include local government, police, military, community figure, religious leaders, Youth leaders, community organization around the company to make sure no interference potentially hinder operational
5. Identify internal potentially disorders that can compromise the security and operation of the company and formulate prevention and protection strategies
6. Collect and manage data report from the ‘Security Protection Shift Supervisor’ related to the security situation and the issues that could potentially disrupt the company's operations
7. Assist the Security & Services Manager for the improvement strategic and security system
8. Compliance report to Security & Services Manager based on weekly and monthly

Requirements;

• Minimal Senior high school or equivalent, Diploma & Bachelor degree are preferable
• Having minimum 10 years experience in the same position
• Candidates must possess of security system and strategic
• Having good skill as an investigator
• Good communication, assertive, and good interpersonal skill.
• Having good negotiation, presentation and leadership skill, able to work under pressure
• Previously been a member of the military or police are preferable for this position
• Candidates who has martial arts skills and a basic knowledge of Fire Fighter are preferable
• Having Driving license model A
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

 

Security Affair Superintendent – Security & Services Dept.

(Code: SASUPT)

Main Accountabilities;

1. Develop and apply the pattern of communication with stakeholders, in accordance Security Services Department strategy to support the smooth operation throughout the region PKP2B PT MHU
2. Carry out all forms of communication with all stakeholders, including the community around the mine – Community Organizations - local government - youth leaders - religious leaders - community figures throughout around the mine, in order to create a harmonious relationship for operational security PT MHU (including mining operation, exploration, reclamation, office operations).
3. Identify any potential conflicts and complaints from stakeholders within the framework of supporting the smooth operations of mining and coordinate with other departments as a materials of communication with stakeholders & to follow up the finding in the field
4. Perform data processing and facts to handling in the land issue, environmental issue,  local labor, community relations etc
5. Analyze the situation that aimed at overcome conflicts with the smallest risk and minimal cost in securing operational in all areas PKP2B MHU.
6. Compliance report to Security & services Manager based on daily and weekly

Requirements;

• Minimal Bachelor Degree of any Major
• Having minimum 7 years related experience
• Candidates must possess of security system and strategic
• Having good skill as an investigator
• Good communication, assertive, and good interpersonal skill.
• Having good negotiation, presentation and leadership skill, able to work under pressure
• Previously been a member of the military or police are preferable for this position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

 

Coal Processing & Quality Control Supervisor

(Code: CPQCS)

Main Accountabilities;

• Create integrated planning of coal processing and barging align with market demand and production plan
• Coordination with Production Control team about production plan
• Planning control of coal quality in port and while transshipment
• Coal quality forecasting, coal processing and coal barging
• Supervise the contractor performance and subordinate
• Evaluating of all activities in stockpile and port area periodically
• Supervise implementation of company policy about Health, Safety and Environment in stockpile and port area
• Compliance Reporting to Port Superintendent on scheduled

Requirements;

• Candidates must possess minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Having minimum 3 years work experience in related position
• Certified of First Operational Supervision (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/POP) from ESDM
• Having knowledge about performance of coal processing equipment
• Able to determine method of quality control and sampling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

 

Port Superintendent

(Code: POSUPT)

Main Accountabilities;

• Develop Comprehensive Work Plans related port operation
• Budgeting for port operation and the infrastructure
• Monitoring and reviewing performance of contractor and consulting
• Compliance Reporting to Mine Manager on scheduled

Requirements;

• Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Metallurgy Engineering or Nautica
• Having Minimum 5 years (include 3 years work experience in the related position)
• Having good knowledge how to manage and control coal quality
• Certified of First Operational Supervision (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/POP) from ESDM
• Good Leaderships skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

 

OHS Superintendent

(Code: OHSSUPT)

Main Accountabilities;

• Making Comprehensif Work Plans for site assignment include budgeting for implementation
• Monitoring and reviewing all OHS policy & activities at assignment site
• Ensuring OHS Performance Contractor Compliance Report on Scheduled
• Compliance Report to Operation Manager and OHS Manager on scheduled

Requirements;

• Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline (prefer Engineering)
• Having minimum 5 years include 3 years work experience as OHS in Supervisor level
• Certified as “Ahli K3 Pertambangan”
• Certified POP is required for this position
• Having good budgeting skill
• Good Leaderships skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

 

Barging And Shipping Coordinator

(Code: BASCO)

Main Accountabilities;

• Create a work plan that comprehensively barging and transshipment
• To supervise the implementation of company policies K3LH
• Conducting surveillance barging and transshipment operations and perform inspections
• Reviewing and Maintaining performance contractors
• Apply the coal loading plan
• Perform quality coal handling during loading
• Perform calculations contained cargo during barging and transshipment activities by draft survey method
• Compliance report

Requirements;

• Candidates must possess Diploma degree any major, Bachelor Degree are preferable
• Having minimum 2-3 years experience related for this position
• Posses to operate computer Ms Office & effective administration system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually

 

Mine Operation Administrator

(Code: ADMO)

Main Accountabilities;

• Creating a work plan and site operational requirements
• Conducting internal administrative activities (procurement, finance and HR)
• Report Making use of funds for the needs of site
• Perform administrative activities that are external to the department
• Assist Operations Manager in terms of operational cost control
• Compliance report to Operation Manager

Requirements;

• Candidates must possess Diploma degree any major, Bachelor Degree are preferable
• Having minimum 2-3 years experience related for this position
• Posses to operate computer Ms Office & effective administration system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
