Superintendent Short-term Planning

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this position will be accountable to perform a span of control role by leading a team in the development and communication of the short-term (>2 years) plans, designs, models, schedules, and forecasts for the Operations to enable effective completion of production and logistic activities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant qualifications or equivalent industry expertise; Bachelor's degree in Geology / Mining Engineering; At least 10 years appropriate experience; Desired experience with mine planning software and tools; Exposure to Vulcan, XACT, XPAC, and Deswik (preferable); Ability to leads the development of planning standards and processes owned by Production Planning; Capability to manage the design that contributes to the formation of the budget; Qualification as a Pengawas Operational Madya (POM) (preferable); Ability to demonstrate practical experience in an open pit mine environment; and English proficiency.

 

Advisor Environment & Biodiversity

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Advisor Environment and Biodiversity, this position will be accountable for providing a service of guideline, surveillance, governance and onsite monitoring of the HSES Management System around the IMC Project.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant qualification or equivalent industry expertise, Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduate in Forestry/ Agriculture/ Environment or other relevant qualification, 3 years' experience in exploration, mining operation or environmental services is preferable, AMDAL and POP/ POM Certificate is preferred, Ability to provide consultancy services and solid advice to all project operations on compliance of environmental and biodiversity with government requirement; Facilitate technical expertise on investigation cause analysis methods to any HSES related issue and monitor the defined action plans / recommendations to prevent remedial events; Have the ability to work in a remote area with minimum supervision; Be familiar with environmental management system; and Be proficient in English.

 

Coal Quality Engineer

Superintendent Production Execution (Port)

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant qualification or equivalent industry expertise; At least 10 + years experience in a relevant role / port operations; Preferable: a Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) qualification holder from the Indonesia's Dept of Mines & Energy; Demonstrate and be familiar with mechanical and maintenance role; Use the maritime communications system for internal and external communication; Demonstrate basic legal principles applied to shipping; Demonstrating an understanding of port and harbour economics; Know and understand the basics of marine insurance; Demonstrate an understanding of Shipping Agency processes; and be proficient in English.

To be considered for this position, you must have relevant qualification or equivalent industry expertise; At least 10 + years experience in a relevant role / mining operations; Preferable: a holder of Kepala Teknik Tambang / KTT certificate from the Indonesia's Dept of Mines & Energy; Demonstrate knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment within a workplace; and be proficient in English.
