PT Batutua Tembaga Raya (BTR)

PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya (BTR), in cooperation with PT Batutua Kharisma Permai (BKP), is the operator of the Wetar Copper Project, a heap leach solvent extraction-electro winning (SX-EW) Copper Project on Wetar Island, Maluku Barat Daya. A SX-EW Plant will start producing up to 25,000 tonne per annum copper cathode from KaliKuning and Lerokis deposits, with development activities commencing this year.

We are URGENTLY looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions based at site on Wetar Island with roster working system: 5/3 ( five) weeks on following 3 (three) weeks off.

1 (One) Maintenance Superintendent (Reference No. MTS 01)

Responsibilities:

• To control and supervision of all maintenance and mechanical activities, maintaining a high level of safety, leading & mentoring the local workforce whilst ensuring maintenance budget requirement met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S-1) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience at a senior level, experiences with Crushers, Conveyor belt repair & maintenance
• A minimum of 10 years experience in the mining industry
• Practical supervision of maintenance team in a process plant environment of at least 5 years.
• Previous Process Plant commissioning & post commissioning experience
• Communicable, flexible work ethic and consistent under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English language both verbally and in writing report writing skills
• Willing to be place at project site (Wetar)

1 (One) Maintenance Planner (Reference No. MTP 01)

Requirements:

• Degree / B.Sc. or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in any engineering discipline from a recognized university
• Must have > 5 years of work experience in Maintenance discipline in a Mining Company
• Must have hands on experience or worked as Maintenance or Planner for at least 2 - 3 years.
• Project, Knowledge of other Maintenance programs, practices and procedures is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of departments.
• Able to manage work load efficiently.
• Carry out detailed job plan including parts, resources internal or external, special services, support service, etc.
• Well conversant with MS office like, Word, Excel, Access, power point.
• Must be experienced in planning of normal, break down, shutdown activities.
• Should have good standard of written and spoken English.
• Team Player, Problem Solver & Proactive
• Should possess high initiative and good leadership.
• Willing to be place at project site (Wetar)
