Infrastructure Facilities Services Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities :

• Provide design and cost estimation
• Supervise all of work completed on site to ensure the fulfillment of required quality and productivity
• Assist and direct mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up activities of the work plan with all parties to facilitate these activities
• Operate & Maintenance Water Plant Treatment (WTP) & Water Intake
• Maintenance Building Facilities (Mess / Office)
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements :

• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience on civil construction & Maintenance
• Knowledge on national & international standards and the material testing methods
• Experience Water Plant Treatment & Water Intake
• Experience in design & cost estimation
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Loading Master Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate weekly plan for barge loading unit.
• Supervise, control and evaluate the coal loading process to the barge.
• Control, implement and make a report for off the dock and barge in Jetty.
• Supervise and control in/out of barge, sea transportation, navigation process in port area
• Check and control barge eligibility.
• Monitor maintenance of navigational aid, support tools and other shipping equipment at Jetty / dock to meet standards of safety and shipping.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Degree in Shipping with experience in Barging and Loading is a MUST with min experiences 3 – 5 years in the same positions and industries
• Have a K3 and shipping ANT 3 certificate
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

CCP Operation Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities :

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate a monthly work plan and budget of coal chain process (CCP) operation units
• Create, manage and evaluate operational plan of CCP (Crushing Plant) and supporting tools for optimal useable
• Direct and ensure quality of coal process at CCP and manage stock pile
• Create a report that related with monitoring of implementation and compliance to achieve targets and quality

Requirements :

• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in industrial engineer / mine engineer with a minimum 3-5 years of experience include 2-3 year in the same field and the same industry and 2 years in supervisor/managerial/senior technical position.
• Experience manage CPP (Crushing Plant) and stock pile
• Have a POP & Active in English
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local)

 

Coal Hauling Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities :

• Arrange, propose, direct and evaluate weekly plan Hauling unit and Stockpile
• Plan, arrange and implement management Hauling & Stockpile
• Monitor management coal process by technician / contractors to ensure it is in accordance with plan and schedule.
• Inspection road hauling, ensure road material and infrastructure support in good condition

Requirements :

• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology with a minimum 3 years of experience include 2-3 year in the same field and the same industry
• Training : Leadership skill, Safety and Mining Operation
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Mine Production Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate weekly plan for mine operation unit.
• Monitor accomplishment of mine plan, operation plan and production plan for all indicated of deviations and take a correct solution to ensure mine plan and productions target are running well.
• Supervise all of mine operation processes and activities.
• Ensure that all of mine production processes are in accordance with the companys standard procedure and regulation.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities are in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experiences in the same position and industry.
• Have a POP certificate is A MUST.
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring).

 

Mine HSE Foreman

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create JSA (Job Safety Analysis), HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determining Control and training matrix for development program HSE team.
• Inspection for tools (APAR, Webbing Sling, Lifting Gear, Body Harness, P3k box, Scaffolding, Guarding Machine, LV, etc.).
• Reviewing PTW (Permit To Work), HSE standard & HSE regulation .
• Ensure Safety Accountability Program (SAP) accordance with target.
• Speed Gun Check, KIMPER check and WMP (Water Monitoring Pond) .

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Public Health / Environmental Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in officer and the same field and the same industry.
• Knowledge with OHSAS (18001:2007,ISO 14001 & Kepmentamben 555 / 1995)
• Have Fisrt Aid Level II Certificate and Basic Fire Fighting Certificate
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring).
