PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk

PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Junior Mine Engineer

Requirements:

• Have minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from reputable university
• Have 1 year experience as a mine engineer. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Have thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
• Good knowledge of coal mining terminology.
• Have familiarity with Minescape and Autocad will be an advantage
• Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
• Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan

Senior Mine Engineer

Requirements:

• Have minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from reputable university
• Have minimum 2 years experience as Mine Engineer
• Have thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities.
• Good knowledge of coal mining terminology.
• Have experience in using mining software such as Minescape, Autocad, Minex, etc
• Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
• Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan

Mining Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the operational activities in terms of adherence to schedule, budgets, cost effectiveness, and results
• Execute and monitor the operational process to ensure its inline with the agreed mine plans and the targeted productivities are achieved.
• Implement the recommendations and agreed actions on site within the stipulated time frame
• Lead and manage plant maintenance and time engineering heads to meet day to day target in cost effective way
• Develop, recommend, and administer the annual operating budget, which includes capital items, manpower, and operations
• Recommend and implement policies, plans, and programs
• Co-ordinate the preparation of periodic reports that compare to actual results to budget against both physical and cost parameters including corrective actions and preventive measures to achieve the agreed plans
• Develop and provide project management support in planning, scheduling, costing, and monitoring mining equipment.

Requirements:

• Have bachelor degree in mine engineering
• Have minimum 10 years experience in the open cut coal mining with at least 5 years in frontline operational management at site as Mine Manager and Project Manager
• Experienced in handling large scale mining equipment and worked with reputed mining contractor
• Good understanding of mining softwares
• Have knowledge in Indonesian mining regulation
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Have financial understanding of profit and loss statements, and utilizing the same for day to day monitoring of operational cost
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

Civil Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Membantu dalam perencanaan proses pencarian vendor dan supplier
• Membantu dalam proses pembuatan dokumen tender pekerjaan, seperti gambar design, dokumen teknis, dokumen administrasi, dan RAB.
• Membantu monitoring, memberikan review dan evaluasi yang berkaitan dengan data teknik terhadap penawaran dari vendor dan supplier
• Mereview, memberi masukan, dan rekomendasi teknik dari usulan proposal uang diajukan tim site berkaitan dengan permohonan rencana pembangunan yang dibutuhkan
• Melakukan pengawasan dan mengevaluasi kemajuan pekerjaan yang mengacu pada jadwal rencana kerja
• Bekerja sama dan memelihara hubungan kerja yang baik dengan internal departemen, serta vendor dan supplier
• Bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan dan kesehatan tempat kerja serta lingkungan

Requirements:

• Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Teknik Sipil
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam menangani proyek fasilitas umum & infrastruktur pertambangan
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is preferable
