PT Multi Harapan Utama (PT MHU) is the coal mining company was established since 1986 as PKP2B (Perjanjian Kontrak Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara). Our concessions area in Samarinda and Kutai Kertanegara (East Kalimantan). We are seeking for qualified and highly motivated candidates from multiple disciplines to join into experienced team in a fast paced environment.

Security Protection Shift Supervisor – Security & Services Dept.

(Code: SPSS)

Placed: Samarinda & Kutai Kartanegara

Main Accountabilities;

1. Develop and implement asset & employee protection strategies that appropriate and targeted
2. Lead the implementation of guarding task and checks the traffic of people, goods, and vehicles in and out of company area and ensuring that the situation was under control and in accordance with company procedures
3. Leading patrol / inspection, buildings observation, installations, work tools, people, vehicles with the aim to ensure the fulfillment of the security system in the task area
4. Securing the crime scene such as a demonstration, theft, workplace accidents, fires, fights, with the aim of securing the location in accordance with the procedures of investigation
5. Coordinate with other departments in the security implementation of employees and the other assets of company in all regions of the company's operations
6. Supervise, monitoring and evaluation of the security system implemented

Requirements;

• Minimal Senior high school or equivalent, Diploma & Bachelor degree are preferable
• Having minimum 5 years experience in the same position
• Having “Garda Pratama” or “DikSar SatPam” certificate
• Candidates must possess of security system and strategic
• Having good skill as an investigator
• Good communication, assertive, and good interpersonal skill.
• Having good negotiation, presentation and leadership skill, able to work under pressure
• Previously been a member of the military or police are preferable for this position
• Candidates who has martial arts skills and a basic knowledge of Fire Fighter are preferable
• Having Driving license model A
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually
