SHE SUPERINTENDENT (Code : SHESPT)

Qualification :

• Male or Female Max. 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree majored in Health and Safety (K3) or related
• Minimum 7 years experienced in the same position or managerial level in mining industry
• Having knowledge of HSE regulation, identification of danger, formulation of JSA, formulation of SOP, incident investigation, environmental issue.
• Having POP, POM, and POU certificate will be advantage
• Have strong leadership skills
• Good knowledge and familiar about OHSAS 18001 dan ISO 14001
• Have knowledge of core business of mining and mining law
• Good understanding about HSE/K3 procedures
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Be efficient honest team player, with analytical skills attention to detail and quality.
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ

 

SHE SUPERVISOR (Code : SHESPV)

Qualification :

• Male or Female Max. 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree majored in Health and Safety (K3) or related
• Minimum 4 years experienced in the same position or managerial level in mining industry
• Having knowledge of HSE regulation, identification of danger, formulation of JSA, formulation of SOP, incident investigation, environmental issue.
• Having POP and POM certificate will be advantage
• Have strong leadership skills
• Good knowledge and familiar about OHSAS 18001 dan ISO 14001
• Good understanding about HSE/K3 procedures
• Good interpersonal & communication skill

Qualification :

• Male or Female Max. 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree majored in Informatica Technology, Management Informatica or Electrical Engineering
• Min 5 years experienced in the same position or managerial level in mining industry
• Having knowledge about hardware, software, programming, networking, CCTV and communication
• Having knowledge about budgeting, forecasting, project management, bussiness analysis, and strategic longterm or shorterm planning
• Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Have strong leadership skills
• Good understanding about HSE/K3 procedures
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Be efficient honest team player, with analytical skills attention to detail and quality.
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks

Qualification:

• Min. 3 Years in heavy equipment needed
• Having SIM B2 / B2 Umum
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia

OPERATOR BULLDOZER KOMATSU (Code : OPD375, OPD85 )

Qualification:

• Male, Max. 40 years
• Min. SMA / SMK or D3 in any major
• Min. 3 Years in heavy equipment needed

OPERATOR KOMATSU HD 465 / 785 (Code : OPHD465 / OPHD785)

Qualification:

• Male, Max. 40 years
• Min. SMA / SMK or D3 in any major
• Min. 3 Years in heavy equipment needed
• Having SIM B2 / B2 Umum
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia

 

PLANT SUPERINTENDENT (Code :PLTSPT)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 40 Years
• Education min Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering
• Understand the technical problems of heavy mechanical equipment, heavy / light vehicle
• Experience min 7 years in the field of mechanical and maintenance. Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Has strong planning & organizing skill
• Has good analyzing & calculating skill
• Understand about K3 principle
• Merge & integrate vendor / sub-contractor schedule
• Proficient in English, min passive
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have good communication skills, have high integrity and commitment, honest and dedicated
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POM certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
