PLANT SUPERVISOR (Code : PLTSPV)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 40 Years
• Education min STM Department of Mechanical
• Understand the technical problems of heavy mechanical equipment, heavy / light vehicle
• Experience min 4 years in the field of mechanical and maintenance. Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Proficient in English, min passive
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have good communication skills, have high integrity and commitment, honest and dedicated
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POP certificate will be advantage Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

MAINTENANCE PLANNER / SCHEDULER (Code : PLTSCH)

Qualification :

• Male or Female Max. 40 years old
• Min. diploma degree from mechanical/ industrial engineering, or related studies
• Has experience in related experience at least 4 years Preferably from coal mining companies / similar
• Has strong planning & organizing skill
• Has good analyzing & calculating skill
• Understand about K3 principle
• Excellent interpersonal skill (good communication to leader & follower & teamwork)
• Oriented to work result & Strong confident
• Able to Prepare schedule according to appropiate WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Prepare project activities complete with duration and logic sequence
• Prepare resources loading if needed according to committed schedule / baseline
• Prepare progress distribution complete with S-Curv
• Merge & integrate vendor / sub-contractor schedule
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

SENIOR MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : PLTSRMCH)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 35 years old
• 3 - 6 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Having SIO certificate will be advantage
• Have a good to repair and maintenance unit that will be handled All komatsu Products (HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, DZ 85ss up) and Caterpillar Products (D7G & D6R)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

PLANT INSPECTOR (Code : PLTINS)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 30 years old
• 3 - 5 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Having SIO certificate will be advantage
• Have a good knowledge and analyzed troubleshooting unit that will be handled All komatsu Products (HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, DZ 85ss up) and Caterpillar Products (D7G & D6R)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks

• BMC License preferred
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Having SIO certificate will be advantage
• Have a good knowledge and analyzed troubleshooting unit that will be handled All komatsu Products (HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, DZ 85ss up) and Caterpillar Products (D7G & D6R)
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (Code : MMSPV)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 40 years old
• Min. SMA/SMK or diploma management studies
• 4 - 6 years experiences as warehouse supervisor experience in similar role in Mining or Industry
• Able to communicate well and has good organization
• Able to make budgets and plan work tasks also be able to supervise subordinate
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Having SIO certificate will be advantage
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICER (Code : MMOFF)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 35 years old
• Min. SMA/SMK or diploma management studies
• 2 - 4 years experiences as warehouse officer such as inventory and fuel management experience in similar role in Mining or Industry
• Having SIM A,B2 / B2 Umum
• Having SIO certificate will be advantage
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

MINE SUPERVISOR (Code : OPSPV)

Qualification :

• Male, Max 37 years old
• Min. SMA / D3 in any major
• Min. 4 years experience in open cut mining our similar role.
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage
• Proficient in computer programs and english
• Able to develop work programs, work systems and periodic reports with the good
• Able to operate A2B
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Have strong leadership skills
• Be efficient honest team player, with analytical skills attention to detail and quality.
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

MINE FOREMAN (Code : OPMF)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 35 years
• Min. SMA / D3 in any major
• Min. 3 - 4 years experience as a mine foreman in the area of mining industry
• Able to operate A2B
• Have strong leadership skills
• Have basic knowledge on mining, good mining practice method, media communication is preferred
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

 

TRAINER SUPERVISOR (Code : OPTCSPV)

Qualification :

• Male, Max. 35 years
• Min. SMA / D3 in any major
• Min. 3 - 6 years experience as a Operator Trainer in the area of mining industry
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training Heavy earth moving equipment operator codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; minimum 3 years experiences as a mining operations leading hand / training officer mining operations with minimum 5 years within mining industry as a heavy equipment operator, especially on digger / excavator and haul trucks.
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
