PT. LESTARI BERKAT SEJAHTERA (LBS), is a well established and modern mining contractor company providing services for the rapid growth mining and related industries in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

Now are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team, and grow with us as:

PROJECT MANAGER (Code : PMGR)

Qualification:

• Male max. 45 years old.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Having experience as a Project Manager in coal & mining exploration or similar industry at least 7 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Having POU certificate will be advantage
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Flexible and able to do multi-task in fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.
• Strong leadership, team building skills and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Good knowledge and familiar about OHSAS 18001 dan ISO 14001
• Have knowledge of core business of mining and mining law
• Good understanding about HSE/K3 procedures
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (Code : ENGSPT)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 7 years experience in open pit coal at the same level
• Able to established cost estimation and cash flow
• Able to define and implement with the project control / planner engineer on the basis of the project budget execution.
• Able to establish and implement the progress & performance measurement and reporting system (weekly and monthly report)
• Able to operate software Minescape and Xpac
• Having POM certificate will be advantage
• Have strong leadership skills
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (Code : ENGSPV)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 4 years experience in open pit coal at the same level
• Experience in mining and continuous improvement projects
• Able to define and implement with the project control / planner engineer on the basis of the project budget execution
• Able to establish and implement the progress & performance measurement and reporting system (weekly and monthly report)
• Able to operate software Minescape and Xpac
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• High integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

LONGTERM PLAN ENGINEER (Code : ENGLE)

Qualification :

• Male/female max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min. 3 - 4 years experience as a mine engineer in the area of mining industry
• Having POP certificate will be advantage
• Proven skills in mine scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

MINE SUPERINTENDENT (Code : OPSPT)

Qualification :

• Male, Max 40 years old
• Min. SMA / D3 in mining engineering
• Min. 7 years experience in open cut mining our similar role.
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage
• Proficient in computer programs and english.
• Able to develop work programs, work systems and periodic reports with the good
• Able to operate A2B
• Having POM certificate will be advantage
• Have strong leadership skills
• Be efficient honest team player, with analytical skills attention to detail and quality.
• Able to use computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind or illiterate
• Discipline, diligent, honest, hard working, ability to teamworks
• Willing to be placed at the any location of Indonesia
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
