Audit Internal Staff

(Banjarbaru Kal-Sel)

General Requirements:

• Maximum 32 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
• Minimum 2 years significant experience in Internal Auditing (preferable at Mining Company).
• High attention to detail, precise, and like to work accurately
• Applicants must be willing to work in Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan.
• Willing to travel to all our site throughout Kalimantan Selatan
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
• Contract position(s) available.

 

Shipping Clerk

(Banjarbaru Kal-Sel)

Kualifikasi:

• Pria usia maksimal 30 th.
• Pendidikan akademi maritim atau sarjana pelayaran/perkapalan.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang yang sama.
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas kelapangan.
• Penempatan Banjarbaru.

Tugas dan tanggungjawab:

• Mengelola semua dokumen atau sertifikat kapal
• Mengelola semua kebutuhan kapal dan memastikan ketersediaan kebutuhan kapal.
• mengurus perpanjangan dokumen dan sertifikat kapal kepada pihak yang berwenang.

 

Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration
• Collect and examine data transactions payroll, allowances and benefit
• Provide information service related to payroll, allowances and benefit
• Age 26-35 years old
• Minimum a Bachelor Degree (Economic, Account)
• Experience in similar position at least 2 years
• Having knowledge about Tax, PPh 21, Compensation & Benefit System, Payroll System
• Good communication, professional, responsibilities
• Placement in Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan

 

Administration IT

(Kal-Sel)

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma ataupun Sarjana Teknik Infomatika
• Pengalaman minimal 1 - 2 tahun dibidang entry data / EDP
• Memiliki analisa yang kuat dan kemampuan berorganisasi dengan baik
• Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan flow atau prosedure
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Binuang dan Rantau Kalimantan Selatan

 

IT Staff

(Banjarbaru Kal-Sel)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Information Technology.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in IT.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan.
• Preferably having experiences in trouble shooting, hardware and software.

 

Industrial Relationship

(Banjarbaru Kal-Sel)

General Requirements:

• Male
• Age: 35 - 45 years old
• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in LAW
• Having experience in similar position at least 2 years
• Good communication, professional, and strong skill in negotiating
• Having knowledge about Industrial Relationship System preferable at Mining Company
• Willing to travel to site
• Placement Banjarbaru in Kalimantan Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Advice, consult, facilitate on IR structures and procedures for the day-to-day practical aspects of an IR function
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive IR administration system
• Conduct and develop Industrial Relations
• Consult and advise management and employees with regard to legislation, policies and procedures
• Monitor internal labor relations trends and submit relevant report.
