PT Cipta Kridatama was founded on April 8, 1997 as an expansion of PT Trakindo Utamas heavy equipment rental service and and transformed our business into an integrated mining service “from mine to port” in 2003.

In 2010, PT Cipta Kridatama was integrated under the umbrella of ABM Investama Group, a strategic investment company in energy sector, energy service and infrastructure. PT ABM Investama Tbk, listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (ABMM) is part of Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT), one of the countrys largest business groups with more than 40 years of experience in heavy equipment industry. The evolution has brought the Group in the synergy of a business network from coal mining, mining contractor service to power supply solution.

Such a significant contribution has placed PT Cipta Kridatama as one of the leading mining service companies. Now, we are supported by more than 3,000 highly competent employees, 60000 units of heavy and supporting equipment, as well as modern technology under the mining permit No. 904/30/DJB/2011 on July 4, 2011.

Since early 2013, PT Cipta Kridatama has expanded its business into construction services. This services exist to further expand our business horizons, and be a End to End solutions for all our existing as well as prospective clients within various industries, such as: mining, oil and gas, geothermal, industrial plant, and general infrastructures.

To support our rapid growth, we are now inviting qualified & dedicated persons to join us in the role as:

 

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Project Management Plan, Project Start-up Check List and Standard Operating Procedures are complied with.
  • Initiate the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team and assign duties and responsibilities clearly.
  • Develop an organization chart using the Company model which will describe the Project team and which shows all functions required within the Project and under the Contract.
  • Review client specifications, drawing and documents and ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works.
  • Manage all the Companys dealings with the Client at site and maintain a professional, proactive and harmonious relationship with the Client at all times
  • Prepare and implement project budgets, construction schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan. Take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the Project
  • Interface and coordinate subcontract activities in a manner that will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company construction objectives
  • Manage the progress and performance of all functional areas of the Project Team
  • Take particular responsibility to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the Project
  • Take action to utilize companys equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate
  • Ability to understand the contract T&Cs and ensure that the company is not exposed to penalty
  • Ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Engineering (Civil).
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the Construction Project/Toll Road Project.
  • Preferably Site Manager specializing in Engineering Civil and Earthwork Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at project Site

 

Project Cost Control

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard. The WBS will be reviewed and approved by Project Control Manager and Project Manager.
  • Responsible to have and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion, using the right data collected from all departments at site and off site.
  • Responsible to prepare, review and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines.
  • Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met.
  • Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non-conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known.
  • Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract
  • Ensure the Contract Variations maintained and preparing the analysis of the Variation to submit to Client.
  • Ensures the Risk & Opportunity register maintained by the Project Manager and uses the registers output of Contingency for inclusion within the approved Forecast.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Cost Control: inventory all project expenditure, monitor project for scope changes and change order, measure progress for claim purpose.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at project Site

 

Site Administrator - Superintendent

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, and scheduling activities to support implementation of HR daily operations such as Organization Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, and Industrial Relations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource/Business will be an advantage
  • 6-7 years of experience of working in project sites handling HR activities
  • Willing to work at project site

 

Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out topographic surveying, set Bench Marking points and site boundaries
  • Measuring and mapping out the boundaries of the construction site
  • Check the accuracy of records, equipment and measurements (daily check and polygonal)
  • Load and download the surveying equipment
  • Interpret information on drawings, sketches, charts, and construct or draw drawings, sketches, and charts.
  • Follow and implement the Quality Program.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Survey Diplomas Degree, Civil Engineer or Geodetic Engineer.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in land surveyor and hauling road construction
  • Familiar with GPS, Total Station, Waterpass, Theodolite, etc.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at project Site

 

Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and direct project implementation optimize project completion based on contract
  • Plan and monitor work schedule and ensure all programs runs smoothly
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate project engineers and supervisors to monitor all resources (manpower, material, and equipment) in order to achieve work target
  • Accompany Project Manager in meetings and issues related to project in order to meet the best solution for both parties
  • Establish a good relationship with clients
  • Ensure the compliance of HSE implementation within the project
  • Provide prospect progress update weekly

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree from Engineering (Civil).
  • Required skill(s): communication, Presentation.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the Construction Project/Toll Road Project.
  • At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field especially in Engineering Civil and Earthwork Construction/Structural or equivalent
  • Willing to work at project Site

 

Earthwork Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance of Foreman, Operators, Skilled and unskilled personnel in the operations.
  • Ensure that appropriate labour, plant, tools, consumables and equipment required to perform the works are available on site in a timely manner.
  • Examine construction methods and equipment to improve the efficiency.
  • Complete daily reporting (timesheets, daily report), including activity description and cost codes, for each person and where required, plant is under his/her responsibility

Requirements:

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Road Construction and Earthwork.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering Civil and EarthworkConstruction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at project Site

 

OSHE Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding and socializing work safety and healthy performance in company including in company projects
  • Prepare the Project Safety Plan, Emergency Response Team and conduct emergency drill
  • Preparing safety work program and conduct training
  • Performing safety and healthy work meeting with the client or subcontractor/supplier
  • Inspecting, controlling, documentation preparing safety and health work report and arranging Monthly Safety Report
  • Revising all Safety and health work documentation for data evaluation and analysis
  • Assuring equipment and work safety condition
  • Controlling Staff safety in performing daily duty
  • Evaluating and projecting all projects equipment
  • Reporting work accident and give advice on prevention
  • Making relationship with Department of Manpower (for Manpower and heavy equipment control), Manpower Social Guarantee, Hospital, Fireman, Local Government and Police for accident report
  • Performing and controlling the implementation of company Quality & SHE policy and objectives on site

Requirements:

  • Male, preferred age 25-40 years old
  • Graduated from reputable University majoring in Public Health or Occupational Health and Safety
  • Good communication in English and interpersonal skill
  • Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same filed in construction company
  • Understanding ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and having K3 certification for safety
  • Preferably having training certification in the same field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Willing to work at project Site

 

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Review client specifications, drawings and documents and ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works
  • Assist with the project planning, weekly progress assessment and reporting.
  • Carry out detailed material take off, assist with the procurement and scheduling to ensure that the material is delivered in a timely manner
  • Examine construction methods and equipment to improve the efficiency
  • Ensure that RFIs are issued, closed out and assist the Project Cost Control with the pricing of Variations

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at project Site
