PT Multi Harapan Utama (PT MHU) is the coal mining company was established since 1986 as PKP2B (Perjanjian Kontrak Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara). Our concessions area in Samarinda and Kutai Kertanegara (East Kalimantan). We are seeking for qualified and highly motivated candidates from multiple disciplines to join into experienced team in a fast paced environment.

Purchasing Supervisor – Purchasing & Contract Dept

(Code: LPSPC)

Placed: Samarinda Office

Main Accountabilities;

1. Ensure efficient purchasing processes and effective (right Quality, right price, right amount and on time)
2. Ensure purchasing processes run in accordance with the procedure and can be justified
   To coordinate well with peers, superiors, or by cross-department for the achievement of organizational
3. Monitor the status of outstanding requests and monitor the delivery of goods in accordance with the agreed time Delivery.

Requirements;

• Candidates must possess Diploma degree any major, Bachelor Degree are preferable
• Having minimum 3-5 years experience related for this position in coal industrial company
• Candidates must possess the purchasing process from vendor selection, vendor evaluation commercial evaluation to performance
• Computer savvy, familiar and having experience to operate SAP
• Having good negotiation skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Having Good communication and interpersonal skill, leadership, initiative, process and result oriented, able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually
