We are currently taking applicants for the following position at our subsidiaries:

PROCESS PLANT MANAGER

(Site based – Permanent)

Requirement:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in mineral processing and/or metallurgy engineering.
2. A minimum of 10 years field working experience in mineral processing industry.
3. Hold certificate of Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM).
4. Strong technical knowledge in mineral processing, preferably gold processing.
5. Strong safety and environmental knowledge and implementation.
6. Strong management skill for people and resources.
7. Understand the business aspect of the gold mining industry.
8. Willing to be placed at North Sulawesi.

Reporting to the Site General Manager, your tasks shall include:

1. Leading and managing the Process department consists of Plant Operation, Plant Maintenance, and Technical Services. Encourage the Team work within the Process Department and other related Department (Mining and Support) to achieve the agreed ounces gold production target at agreed operating cost.
2. Maintain the resources within the Process Department and utilize the resources to achieve the Site and Corporate production, cost, safety and environmental targets.

PLANT OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT

(Site based – Permanent)

Requirement:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in mineral processing and/or metallurgy engineering.
2. At least 6-7 years field working experience in mineral processing industry.
3. Hold certificate of Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
4. Strong knowledge on operational aspect of the mineral processing - preferably the gold heap leach process.
5. Strong safety and environmental knowledge and implementation.
6. Strong management leadership skill for people and resources.
7. Have the business sense of the mineral processing and plant operation.
8. Willing to be placed at North Sulawesi.

Reporting to the Process Plant Manager, your tasks shall include:

1. Leading and managing the operation of the leach pad by coordinate closely with the Mining department to ensure that ore with the correct characteristics are delivered to the leach pad at the agreed target time schedule.
2. Ensure the efficient and optimal operation of the processing plant to produce the targeted gold production. Liaise with the Metallurgists to keep searching on best operation practices and identify inefficiencies.
3. Aware of safety and environmental requirement of the Heap Leach operation.
4. Leading the Operation team to strive for a good processing performance.
