Currently we are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team as:

Nursery & Plantation Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Melakukan koordinasi dengan atasan dalam hal implementasi produksi bibit
• Membuat anggaran produksi bibit dari jenis yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
• Bertanggung jawab memproduksi bibit sesuai jumlah dan hasil bibit berkualitas baik sehinga BST (Bibit Siap Tanam) terpenuhi sesuai kebutuhan tanam
• Mengawasi vendor di lapangan agar pengadaan bibit sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis yang telah disepakati dalam SPK
• Support dokumen BAP dan Invoice atas hasil pekerjaan yang sudah diselesaikan
• Monitoring dan melakukan upaya prepentif atau represif atas dampak gangguan produksi bibit dan melakukan koordinasi dengan tim terkait atau lembaga dan instansi agar produksi bibit tidak terganggu
• Mengorganisasi kebutuhan barang dan jasa dalam pekerjaan produksi bibit siap tanam

Requirements:

• Memiliki pendidikan minimal Sarjana di bidang Kehutanan
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam memproduksi bibit jenis hutan tanaman industri
• Memiliki pengetahuan dalam manajemen persemaian dan produksi biibit Hutan Tanaman Industri.
• Menguasai spesifikasi produksi bibit berkualitas dan target produksi BST.
• Memiliki pengetahuan dalam manajemen SDM

IT New Program Development

Responsibilities:

• Liase wih clients to agree projects and delivery timescales
• Collaborate with team to formulate project plans and delivery estimation; manage team members and deliverables troughout the project
• Drive project decisions related to scope, resources, timing, and budget
• Schedule and chair team meetings and meetings with clients
• Work with sponsor and stakeholders to ensure there are effective change management and communication processes in place
• Prepare a project report and documentation

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) proven working experience in delivering full cycle of IT projectswith defined deliverable
• Have knowledge about Project Methodology (PMBOK) and Business Process Mapping
• Have experience in programming: PHP, Action Script, Visual Basic, CSS, Java Script, Html, .Net, Java, Android, iOs
• Familiar with MySQL, SQL Server, and Networking (CISCO)
• Critical thinker with strong analytical, data management, problem solving, and reporting skills
• Considerable experience in managing and administering projects of varying size and complexity successfully
• Self-directed, polished professional who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment.
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
