Currently we are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team as:

Project System Specialist

Responsibilities:

• To develop the material and coordinate Continuous Improvement training program for all employee in order to introduce the improvement methodology and to develop continuous improvement mindset in MBOS frame
• To conduct a socialization plan in order to introducing and communicating MBOS's programs to all employee which can motivate employees to take active participation in improvement programs
• Responsible to conduct key driver analysis by elaborating BSC-KPI that is related to quality, productivity, and efficiency into improvement initiatives
• To control and prepare a progress report about overall MBOS continuous improvement projects to make sure the execution is executed accordingly with the plan
• Responsible in monitoring and controlling improvement activities to help departments or functions in reaching its continuous improvement projects' targets
• To evaluate the methodology and application of 5S in order to create an effective and efficient work culture

Requirements:

• Have a fine recognized degree in Industrial Management, preferably combining with business analysis or Economic experience is desirable
• Have minimum 5 years demonstrated experiences in similiar position with equivalent accountability and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate excellent analytic capabilities with the skill to draw appropriate conclusions and presentations; ability to use analytic & presentation tools (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Project Management) to a proven / advanced level;
• Good Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Management System, Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience in Continuous Improvement Management System application, such as TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise/ Manufacturing
• Demonstrable ability to set priorities, goals and objectives.
• Strong ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including the experience dealing with corporate executives.
• Have strong facilitation and leadership skills, project management experience, excellent communication skills
• Basic Comprehension of foreign language (English, Chinese) is an asset
