ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Work Location in Halmahera Site based on FIFO basis (roster 5:2)

Job Description:

• Executes maintenance on all electrical systems, both preventive and curative, and instruments (weather stations etc..), such as allocates activities to electrical team, Defines maintenance activities for electrical equipment, Enforces quality standards for electrical maintenance, Triggers spare parts purchases, Contributes to preventive maintenance plans.
• Defines, enforces safe maintenance standards, tracks safety performance, updating status of WOs in CMMS Tool (such as Prepares HIRADC, approves JSA prior to work, defines safety rules and standards in the electrical field, proposes safety improvement actions for approval by manager).
• Manages team (Assesses subordinates, identify training needs for subordinates, triggers to run sanction process upon breach of internal rules, and job description change).
• Actively make continuous improvement in electrical team (analyze reliability, cost, productivity data, triggers improvement project in electrical field, tracks incidents & issues that need solving).
• Collection & processing of site data from instruments (define data validation criteria & process, adjust unreliable data).
• Provide reports in timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Electrical
• Familiar with instrument EPP & data will be considered
• Having experience in electrical field minimum 8 years
• Having experience working in Mining field
• Good integrity, mature person, team work, initiative, hard worker, responsible, good analysis, and can work under pressure
• Having interpersonal and leadership skill (able to supervise subordinates).
• Strong communication and good organizational skills.
• Computer literate (windows, MS Office 2010)
• English proficiency (both verbally and writing)
