PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER / FIELD ENGINEER :

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/JOB PURPOSE
   1. Provide Process-Safety assistance to HO, or Tender/Project Team, or Site Team and to maximize the deliverable’s quality/schedule/safety/cost as expected
   2. Manage EHS function in respect to Process-Safety
   3. Manage relevant administration and report
2. MAIN ACTIVITIES
   1. Provide field engineering Process advice and support to maximize the deliverable’s quality/schedule/safety/cost :
      • Provide Process-Safety support to HO, or Tender/Project Team or Site Engineer Office Participate, initiate actively during design review in aspect of process-safety by manage/produce deliverables such as HAZID, HIRA, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA, QRA, FERA/Fire-Envelope, Gas Dispersion study, BRA, Noise Map (Study, survey), and other process-safety studies and it’s all recommendations.
      • Perform finding of NCR, Design Change, Field Notice necessary if any Participate in Root Cause Analysis for significant equipment failures Participate in Pre Start-up Safety Review
      • Provide advice for evaluation and/or concept the environment specification of projects, understand implementation of EIA and its associated requirement.
      • Prepare: Fireproofing specification, schedule, Fireproofing area classification plan Prepare all Fire Water, Fire Protection, Fire & Gas conceptual, detail design according to project spec, NFPA, API, IEC and/or other standard/design practices
   2. Manage EHS function in the respective department
      • Provide assistance and support in executing safety review, Job Safety Analysis and PTW during assignment at site
      • Provide fire protection system and process-safety system review and inspection preparation for site testing
   3. Manage relevant administration and report
      • Ensuring the confidentiality of the company’s documentation
      • Control the e-file documentation within the company’s server for items of process technology, project references, design manual, lesson learnt
      • Perform/Originate draft of As-built documentation, reporting to Field Eng Manager as well as Engineering-Process safety at ENGINEERING Office for ENG OFFICE finalization of as built
      • Perform/Originate draft of Performance Test, report Field Eng Manager as well as to Engineering Office
   4. JOB REQUIREMENT
      • Technical Competencies and Knowledge:
        • Proficient in plant process conceptual design, process simulation, detail design activities is preferred.
        • Knowledge of Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plant
        • Knowledge in Engineering Quality Management, Engineering Workflow Activities
        • Preferable having CFSE certificates (TUV or equivalent)
      • Education and Experience
        • 01-15 years in power plant, oil & gas, petrochemical plant and projects
        • A bachelor or master degree in Chemical Engineering
      • Basic Skill
        • Computer literacy: MS office, Power Point, Flaresim, Pipenet, PHAST, Hydraulic Calc, Overpressure protection, Flarenet, IEC 61511, 61288, NFPA, API, process safety, FLACS Language : Fluent spoken and written English. Able to speak/write in Mandarin would be an additional value

PIPING UNIT LEADER FOR MATERIAL

Experience         :  10 – 12 years

Job Description,

• Prepare/review job spec, job standard, technical spec, job procedure for material requirement
• Familiar international codes and standard such as ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API, AWWA, MSS, ISA, NEMA, AWS, JIS, DIN, ETC
• Prepare/review piping service class(strength calculation for wall thickness and piping branch, if any)
•  Material selection
• Correspondence to vendor, to client, to field
• Check and review technical analysis/bid tabulation
• Vendor selection
• Revise piping service class, as per vendor available
• Help ISO CAD Leader to prepare piping comcode and customizing ISO CAD software
• Material substitution, if any
