Reporting to the Resource Development Manager and the Exploration Manager, your role and key responsibilities will be:

Tax Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage the tax function for a group of small mining companies
• Develop effective tax strategies for the companies and advise management on tax implications of major transactions
• Liaise with the Indonesian Tax department to resolve any existing issues and prevent issues arising
• Manage a small team to ensure all tax compliance is carried out effectively and on time

• Comprehensive and up to date knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations
• At least 10 years working in a major tax consulting business to manager level
• Demonstrated history of successful negotiation with the Indonesian Tax Department
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking & writing)
