On behalf to support growth company, PT. Delma Mining Corporation (CCOW 3rd Generation in Kabupaten Bulungan) opening the opportunity for professional candidate to join our team for following position :

 

Staff Finance - Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of account receivable role
  • Handle full set of account payable role
  • Assist on logistic role
  • To handle daily accounting entries, payment, petty cash, banking and documentation
  • Maintaining proper filing system
  • To perform all required data entry functions
  • To check staff claims and company expenses
  • To assist in any ad hoc task assigned (such tax; logistic; hr; and office admin)
  • Prepared travel and business tickets of employees

Requirements:

  • Education diploma degree holder in accounting.
  • More spesific for entry level , maximum 27 years old.
  • Good interpersonal skill, fast learner and positive attitude
  • Maximum  2 year experience in finance & accounting role.
  • Ability to communicate in the english language verbally and in writing.
  • Willing to be placed in remote area

 

Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering and routing calls
  • Greeting visitors, and handling inquiries from the public
  • Filing, scanning, faxing, as well as typing specific documentation
  • Responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
  • Business travel arrangement such as itinerary, flight and accommodation, immigration documents, cash advance and expenses, and ofentime in contact with hotel management and travel agent
  • Meeting arrangement such as board meeting, conference, appointments at any venue ( office & hotel ) from coffee break snacks, it devices and handout materials or presentation
  • Conference arrangement ( registration, badge collecting, flight, biography & presentation submitting, accommodation, transport, etc.)
  • Imigration document management for any requirements ( extension of passport, visa )
  • Authorized for finance management ( corporate or private) payment.
  • Managing corporate subscription (media and magazines)

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Age 20-30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable academy Secretarial
  • Preferably experiences at least 2 year as secretary
  • Good in English (both verbal and written)
  • Good computer literature and administrative skills
  • Good Looking
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta ( Head Office)
